Kelly Schmalenberg is a women's empowerment and mindset coach with a unique, transformative approach. She is best known for her ability to guide women out of deep subconscious programming and into a state of feminine power, self-leadership, and unapologetic confidence.

But her journey didn’t begin this way…

After years of self-loathing and destructive behaviors, Kelly found herself living out of her car for seven months in 2013—too ashamed to ask for help, hiding her reality from most people who knew her. It was only through the support of a few close friends and a moment of raw self-honesty that she realized the path she was on was no longer serving her—or anyone else.

Determined to create a different future, she was introduced to the world of mindset and personal development. Through courses, seminars, and mentorship, she began to rebuild her life from the inside out. It was there that she uncovered her true purpose: to help women break free from their own limiting beliefs, reclaim their power, and fall deeply in love with themselves.

Since launching her coaching business in 2020, Kelly has helped countless women around the world release self-doubt, build unshakable confidence, and step into the most powerful, authentic version of themselves.
